I met Manny Pacquiao at a basketball game. We reconnected during his return fight, and I offered him a partnership. That offer became the first event Limitless Entertainment Group and Manny Pacquiao Promotions staged together, at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, on November 29, 2025. The card included the professional debut of Jimuel Pacquiao. In December 2025 I became Chief Executive Officer of Manny Pacquiao Promotions.
People ask why someone who built companies in e-commerce, supplements and film would take on a promotion company. The short answer is that I had already seen what a fight can do for a business, from the sponsor’s side.
What I Learned From the Sponsor’s Seat
Before I worked inside boxing, I worked with it, through brand partnerships with Floyd Mayweather. In May 2022 he and Anderson Silva wore Limitless X branding at an exhibition in Abu Dhabi. In February 2023 Limitless X sponsored his first boxing appearance in the United Kingdom.
Those partnerships taught me how much attention a fight carries. For a few weeks around a big event, a huge audience cares about two athletes, and every brand near them gets seen. I also saw how much of that value depends on things that have nothing to do with punches: the timing of the announcement, the story around the fighters and the people who make the deals.
Boxing Is a Media Business
A fight is two athletes in a ring. The business around it is broadcast rights, sponsorship, ticketing, content and storytelling. That is the part of the sport I know how to build, and it is where I see the opportunity.
The sport also has a structure that suits someone with my background. Every event is a product launch with a fixed date. Marketing has to work, partners have to deliver and the audience decides the result in real time. I have been building launches like that since I was promoting wrestling websites at 12.
Content is the part most people underestimate. A fight night lasts a few hours, but the training camp, the press, the build-up and the stories of the fighters on the undercard can fill months. A promotion that treats all of that as media gives sponsors and broadcasters more to work with. It also gives young fighters a bigger stage before they ever reach a main event, which is where careers are made or stall.
Legends Build Trust
Manny Pacquiao is an eight-division world champion and one of the most recognized athletes in the world. A name like that opens doors that would take a new promoter years to reach. It also comes with a responsibility. The job is to protect what he built in the ring and use it to open doors for the next generation of fighters.
That is why fighter development matters to me as much as the main events. Limitless Entertainment Group works on fighter development and sponsorship support alongside event production and media. Young fighters need fights, exposure, sponsors and a place to train. A promotion that only serves its biggest name has a short life.
Build the Home Base
In 2025 we signed a five-year lease on a space on North Highland Avenue in Hollywood, the former home of Mayweather Boxing + Fitness. In 2026 we announced it as Pacquiao Prime Boxing. It is built with Manny around boxing instruction and private high-performance training for professional fighters and athletes, and it hosts company events and content production.
A promotion company needs a place where fighters train, partners visit and content gets made. A permanent address also changes how fighters, partners and fans see the business. It says the company plans to be around.
What My Job Is
The work I care about in boxing happens long before anyone steps into a ring: building the partnerships, the team, the facility and the relationships with fighters. My job is to make sure the business is ready, so that when the right opportunity comes, nobody has to scramble.
The rest of my work in the sport is on the Sports & Boxing page, with profiles of Manny Pacquiao Promotions and Pacquiao Prime Boxing.
