Early Years

Jaspreet Mathur was born in New Delhi, India, in 1985. In 1991 his family moved to Montreal, Quebec, where he grew up. In 1997, at 12, he started publishing professional wrestling news websites from his bedroom. They drew readers from around the world and taught him how audiences form and how traffic turns into advertising revenue.

At 14 he founded his first company, Emblaze. He left school after the tenth grade, with his parents' support, to run his ventures full time.

Electronics and Import

In 2001 he launched Incredible Satellites, a satellite television business he ran until 2014. In 2005 he founded DreamWire, importing container loads of coaxial and networking cable from China and Taiwan, from RG6 and RG59 to Cat5 and Cat6, and selling it to home installers and municipal government contracts in British Columbia. A year later came DreamStar, a line of CCTV surveillance systems and home entertainment accessories. Sourcing overseas, landing containers and getting product onto shelves became the core of how he builds consumer businesses.

A Personal Reset

Fast growth came at the cost of his health. In his early twenties he set out to change that and lost more than 250 pounds. The process gave him a working knowledge of nutrition and supplements, and it pointed him to his next business.

Retail, Agency and Brands

In 2010 he opened Winny's Vitamins & Supplements, an e-commerce and eBay store selling major nutraceutical brands. It grew into KORE Fit Living in 2011, a Canadian chain of supplement, sports nutrition and fitness stores. In 2013 he brought back the Emblaze name with Emblaze One, a 360 interactive agency for websites, e-commerce and digital marketing.

In 2018 he launched Limitless, a health and wellness brand business that develops and sells supplements and consumer products online and through retail.

Alongside it he built a run of independent consumer brands. In 2020 he co-founded the Amarose skin care brand with Amanda Saccomanno and launched One Shot Keto, which sold more than 4 million bottles in under two years and became the top-selling keto BHB capsule; in 2021 it introduced the original BHB keto gummies. Also in 2020 he launched Smilz, a CBD brand that did more than $150 million in sales from 2020 to 2022, before Limitless X went public.

Limitless X Goes Public

In May 2022 Limitless X completed a share exchange with Bio Lab Naturals, Inc. and became a public company, renamed Limitless X Holdings Inc. the following month. Jas Mathur is its Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The holding company now operates through four subsidiaries: Limitless X, Inc. in consumer products, Limitless Films, Inc. in film and television, Limitless Entertainment Group, Inc. in boxing and live events, and BodyCor, Inc. in wellness technology.

Film and Entertainment

Limitless Films was formed in late 2024 to finance and produce feature films, and Rush Hour producer Arthur Sarkissian joined the Limitless X board. Jas Mathur is credited as executive producer on The Man You Don't Know (2024), High Rollers (2025) and The Gentleman Thief (2026), the last two starring John Travolta. The Gentleman Thief, filmed in 2025 and released in 2026, is also his first acting role: he plays Hamish Hawkes opposite Travolta.

Boxing

In November 2025 Limitless Entertainment Group and Manny Pacquiao Promotions staged their first event together at Pechanga Resort Casino in California, featuring the professional debut of Jimuel Pacquiao. The following month Jas Mathur was named Chief Executive Officer of Manny Pacquiao Promotions. In 2026 he announced Pacquiao Prime Boxing, a training facility in Hollywood.

Payments

In July 2026 MannyPay Global Inc. launched merchant payment processing in the United States, with Manny Pacquiao as Chairman and Jas Mathur as Chief Executive Officer, offering card processing, payment gateways, point-of-sale systems and business banking tools.

How He Works

He tends to enter an industry from the supply side: source the product, own the brand and build the channel that sells it. DreamWire did it with cable containers in 2005. Limitless X does it with NZT-48, sold online, on Amazon and in retail.
